I recently purchased a gift subscription for my husband by using my debit card on the KING site. When everything was entered, including my debit info, and I hit the subscribe button... I didn't get any sort of "confirmation number/tracking number/order number. Nothing at all. Just a "thank you" and a link back to the main page.
Is that the format that was set-up intentionally or did I do something wrong? There's only one other site that I've ever purchased anything on that didn't give a reference number of any type and that was the XXL Magazine's web site.
Can someone tell me who I can contact to check the status of my online purchase or who I can contact should there be a delivery problem? I'm asking ahead of time so that, if a problem should arise, I'll be able to access the department or individual ASAP and get everything back running smoothly with minimal hassle and delay.
