Anyone here use a navigation system in their car? I've been looking into getting one, and been doing a bit of research. The one I'm considering is the Pioneer, I found this site www.drivehappier.com It looks pretty great, seems to have preferred route memory and traffic updates and all that. Anyone know anything about it?

Do they sell navigation systems with multi capabilities like you can watch DVD's on it or play video games?
