The Women of KING: Summer 2012 Issue
With the latest issue on stands now, here’s a letter from our Editor-In-Chief
“As I look forward, I’m very optimistic about the things I see ahead.”—Bill Gates
Another year is in the books, and even though by the time you read this (or overlook it to go straight to the heavenly bodies that grace this issue) we’re months into 2012, let me start off with the regulatory Happy New Year. Needless to say, 2011 was a fun year. Fun beauties to work with, fun locations to shoot at and fun times were had. My iPhoto is on serious tilt because of last summer alone. But alas, no need to live in the past, it’s onward to the future. And what better way to kick off another 365 than with a double dose of sexiness—modeling veteran Sincerely Ward and last year’s Web Girl of the Year, Sheneka Adams?
Those two familiar faces—not to mention, video vixen Jeny Romero, UFC ring girl Arianny Celeste and KING alum Meme Lacour—aren’t the only beauties that round out this issue. New faces like Johnni Blaze, Cyn Santana, Yoncee, Kiya Renae and Caramel Candy only gives you a taste of not only what’s to come in this book, but what’s to come in the urban modeling landscape. So memorize these ladies’ body of work, because what this magazine packs is what our loyal public will fawn over later down the road.
In the meantime, I’ll continue to sit at the helm, steering this brand…straight ahead ‘til somebody up there turns out the lights on this small planet.
Can you dig it?
