REVIEW: Ice Cube - Raw Footage
We like it raw.
Think PG-rated movie roles have softened Ice Cube’s no-nonsense raps? Trick, please. Cube’s tongue is as sharp as ever on this audacious eighth LP. While the Cali vet continues flipping off the establishment (“Cold Places”), “yes we can” sentiments abound elsewhere (see the rousing “Stand Tall”). He’s got our vote. -John Kennedy

I love this album. Ice Cube keeping it real and gangsta at the same time. I think everyone that has anything to say negative about hip hop should listen to “gangsta rap made me do it”. They also should watch the video on myspace. This will be in my stereo for a long time
