You might catch a contact high off Devin the Dude’s latest red-eyed effort. Rapping and crooning through a dozen plodding tracks, the Houston everyman creates the perfect stoner soundtrack. He sometimes overdoses (the empty “Me, You”), but pimp-juice chasers (the Snoop Dogg-assisted “I Don’t Chase ’Em”) save your buzz. Listen responsibly. – John Kennedy
